Information required

• Organization’s PAN number 
• Organization’s TAN number
• Organization’s key contact person name, mobile number and email ID
• Organization’s board members details
• Financial details of last three years
• Organization profile (max 5000 words)

 

 

Scanned documents required (Size of the scanned documents should not be more than 10MB)

• Organization registration certificate
• 12 A certificate
• 80G certificate
• FCRA certificate (if available)
• Audited statements of last three financial years
• Annual report of last three financial years

 

 

Desirable conditions for registration

 

• The Organization should be five years old at the time of registration
• The Organization’s turnover should be more than 25 lakhs in any of the last three consecutive financial years
• The organization should not be blacklisted by any government, private and CSR companies
• The organization should have required experience in livelihood promotions
